How it fits together

Companies and public-sector entities may register male team and female team of 3 employees. Eligibility criteria is set out in the Rules. Registration is made by team captains online.

The whole program is over 2 days and 3 nights. Most teams will arrive at Norefjell after work on the Thursday evening (24 January). Participants will stay at Norefjell Ski & Spa in a luxury suite with three separate beds (i.e. sleeping the whole team).

On Friday morning (25 January), participants will attend the seminars and debates with a unique and fresh insight into business and its disruption. After lunch participants will compete as a team in the Grand Slalom races. All teams will then meet other participants, relax and celebrate their efforts at the casual Apres-ski event.

On Saturday morning (26 January), participants will attend the seminars and debates with a special focus on diversity in business and sport. After lunch participants will compete in the cross-country relay races. All teams will then mingle and enjoy the entertainment at the Gala Awards Dinner.

Teams may depart at their leisure on Sunday morning.

Each team is provided with a luxury suite for three people. Any participants preferring separate accommodation can register for this for a small supplement.
