Bertrand Piccard

Adventurer, Psychiatrist, Astronaut and Chairman – Solar Impulse

Born into a dynasty of explorers and scientists who have conquered the heights and depths of our planet, Bertrand Piccard made the first ever non-stop round-the-world balloon flight. An internationally renowned psychiatrist, aeronaut and lecturer, chairman of the Winds of Hope charitable foundation, and a United Nations goodwill ambassador, he combines science and adventure in order to tackle some of the greatest challenges of our times.

Bernard Bos

Global Head of M&A, Royal Dutch Shell

Bernard has worked with large transactions in the oil, gas and electricity sectors for decades and his team recently completed a $30 billion divestment program. Bernard chairs the European M&A Council.

Helena Svancar

Global Head of M&A, Ericsson

Helena leads the Ericsson team in a variety of international infrastructure transactions. She previously worked at SEB, Rothschild and Head of Nordic Corporate Finance at Deutsche Bank.

Tania Daguere-Lindbäck

Partner, DC Partners

Tania joined BC Partners in London in 2019. Previously, Tania spent 15 years as a Managing Director at Blackstone Group where she primarily focused on sourcing deals and leading deal executions within the Healthcare and Business Services sector across EMEA. Prior to that, Tania spent 3 years at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst within their M&A Team.

Roland Hess

Applied Excellence, Innogy

Roland Hess joined REW/Innogy in 2010 and since 2014 has led the company's largest transformation program NWoW (New way of working). NWoW looks to improve everyday processes for all 60,000 employees, by improving the organization’s health, effectiveness and performance while driving a clear customer focus. Within the last 3 years NWoW created 300Mio+ Euro of annual cash flow improvements and increased company engagement fourfold.
